Salary: Up to £47,000 depending on experience (negotiable)
The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering a wide range of planning projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.

About You
- A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (RTPI accreditation desirable).
- Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
