Service Supervisor
Location: Newcastle
Salary:£42,000-£46,000
We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service Control team and oversee service delivery across the North.
The Service Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Service Control team.
- Coordinate engineers and daily service delivery.
- Monitor WIP, KPIs, revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve service issues and bottlenecks.
- Improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Support training, onboarding and team development.
- Work closely with Operations, Technical and Customer Support teams.
- Drive consistent, high-quality customer service.
About The Service Supervisor:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Service Control, Service Delivery or Hire Desk role.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, proactive and results-driven.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable: Experience within the construction equipment/OEM sector.
