My client is a successful civil and structural practice operating from a friendly, vibrant office in Newcastle. The bulk of the workload is made up of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, and prospective applicants will likely have experience working with steel, concrete and masonry, or in design, and have the ability to undertake structural surveys.
Qualifications
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- Experience in design using contemporary materials (steel, concrete, masonry etc.)
- Knowledge of structural design software such as TEKLA, TEDDS, CAD, REVIT
- Experience undertaking structural surveys (beneficial)
- Ability to create reports
- Strong communication skills
- Full licence to undertake site visits for survey work
