A deeply technical consultancy are getting ready to scale significantly. Around you they will build an entire team, tailored to your unique expertise. They focus on highly regulated industries where software quality is paramount. In you they hope to find expertise across C++ (and hopefully some interest in/experience with Rust), with the goal of having you run a division within the consultancy. There is a very significant scope to grow.
Role and Responsibilities
- You will work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions to their pain points, ultimately being able to spec, design, build, test and maintain new software solutions (with the support of your team, which you will have a significant say in the growth of).
- This is a pure greenfield role.
- Collaborate with client teams.
- Build performant mission-critical software.
About You
- Excellent computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of the restrictions of hardware-constrained development.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture.
- Excellent C++ and/or Rust skills.
- Good communication skills.
