A privately owned, nationwide Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their fast growing team in Newcastle. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio. They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day to day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Registered Building Inspectors. Due to their commercial success, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team, whilst reaping the benefits from the exposure you will receive to large projects within their portfolio.
Responsibilities
- The Registered Building Inspector ensures that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards.
- They review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe and accessible.
Qualifications & Experience
- You will be a Registered Building Inspector to Class 2A competency minimum.
- The Registered Building Inspector will have 4 years of experience within the industry.
- A Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
