The Role: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out predominantly EICR's on tenanted social housing properties with also remedial works. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied properties
- Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works
- Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- 2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in tenanted social housing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
- Full UK driving licence
