  • Chair project review meetings and provide clear progress updates.
  • Manage the successful handover of projects into production.
  • Drive continuous improvement across NPI and project delivery processes.

About You

We\'re looking for an organised and commercially aware Project Manager who has experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects within a regulated industry.

You\'ll ideally have:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A practical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Knowledge of investment casting, CNC machining, inspection or special manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA and production readiness activities.

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Opportunity to work on technically complex engineering projects.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Genuine opportunity to influence new product development and business growth.
  • Career progression within a successful and expanding manufacturing business.

If you\'re looking for your next challenge in project management and want to join an innovative engineering organisation where you can make a real impact, we\'d love to hear from you.
