Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – Port Talbot Area – Up to £45k DOE, plus overtime, plus excellent benefits.

Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Port Talbot Area.

Multiskilled Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the PPM programme
  • Manage and develop the CMMS system
  • Carry out fault finding and root cause analysis
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Work closely with production to minimise downtime
  • Contribute to engineering projects and equipment upgrades
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety

The successful candidate:

  • Maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding skills
  • Experience with planned maintenance or CMMS systems
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and improvement-focused
  • NVQ, HNC/HND, Apprenticeship or similar in an Engineering discipline
