Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – Port Talbot Area – Up to £45k DOE, plus overtime, plus excellent benefits.
Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Port Talbot Area.
Multiskilled Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the PPM programme
- Manage and develop the CMMS system
- Carry out fault finding and root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Work closely with production to minimise downtime
- Contribute to engineering projects and equipment upgrades
- Ensure high standards of health & safety
The successful candidate:
- Maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding skills
- Experience with planned maintenance or CMMS systems
- Proactive, hands‑on, and improvement-focused
- NVQ, HNC/HND, Apprenticeship or similar in an Engineering discipline
