Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of highly automated industrial equipment in a brand‑new factory, including large capital‑intensive machinery, conveyors, presses and robotics. You will support a team‑based maintenance culture, balance reactive and preventive tasks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of all on‑site machinery
- Attend to equipment breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance tasks
- Conduct maintenance on a variety of equipment, including 3‑phase machinery and electrical components
- Balance reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture and take ownership of individual projects as career progresses
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a relevant engineering qualification at Level 3 or above
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a large maintenance team and in a high‑automation setting
