Our Client is a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor based in the Leeds area. They have been in business for over five years and employ more than 40 staff. The role requires the Projects Manager to work from the office in Leeds and attend sites across the Yorkshire areas, the North East, and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple mechanical projects at once, with project values from £20k to £1m
- Ensure mechanical/plant room/boiler room installation projects are delivered on time and to required specification
- Oversee and manage teams of pipefitters, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and update the client with project developments
- Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works
- Be responsible for project profit/loss, ensuring financial targets are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in the delivery of mechanical and/or building services projects
- Based within a commutable distance of Leeds
- Full UK Driving License
Remuneration
- Salary £57,000 - £65,000
- Company car/car allowance (£5,200)
- 39 hour working week (Early Finish Friday)
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holiday (BH)
- Sick pay
