Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Mobile – Temp ongoing – FM Service Provider – South and North London sites
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – Reset
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
Contract Details
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
- Must be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover
- Up to £27p/h
- Covering 6 residential sites – 3 in South London (Camberwell / Clapham) and 3 in North London (Finchley / Finsbury Park)
- Van included (must have a valid driver’s licence with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons)
Requirements
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 etc
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client facing
- Valid DBS certificate
