To deliver reactive and planned building maintenance and compliance related services. Your relevant background in similar environments will allow you to problem solve and fix issues in a robust and fit for purpose manner. You will be required to be proactive and think beyond the task in hand to ensure our customers have safe and productive environments that facilitate the operation of their core business. A key requirement is an own the problem attitude with emphasis on fix it correctly and fix it first time. Your approach to health & safety will be that of zero tolerance to any unmitigated risk to yourself or those directly or indirectly exposed to the work you are carrying out. As a key ambassador of ours, you will be highly professional at all times, act appropriately in the environment you are operating in, follow all relevant client requirements and seek to drive a positive impression of us as an organisation.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

  • Experience in delivery of building maintenance activities in office/manufacturing environments
  • Ability to review RAM documentation and work with relevant parameters
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant workplace health & safety regulations
  • Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely data
  • Experience of working with a CAFM system (Concept, Maximo, Facilio etc.)
  • Ability to think from the point of view of an end user, customer, and operation
