Mobile Maintenance Plumbers are required to perform maintenance plumbing duties including full refurbs, new builds and boiler installs (1st and 2nd fix). Parts will be supplied, but plumbers must bring their own basic plumbing and power tools.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 with 5 years experience in Maintenance Plumbing.
  • If no NVQ, a minimum of 5 years experience in Maintenance Plumbing.

Working hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, with a 1‑hour lunch break. Required to work a Saturday or Sunday every 7 weeks.

Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Coverage of CM, SG LU and MK areas.
