A position for a RF Engineering Lead role based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire has become available, offering hybrid working plus a fantastic 9‑day working fortnight!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global‑leading design and manufacturing business involved with RF / Microwave devices that are predominantly marketed into the space, aerospace, and defence sectors.

The RF Engineering Lead job will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance RF and microwave systems for high reliability environments.

Qualifications

  • Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and system architectures.
  • Worked with modelling packages and experience with the hardware design cycle, from requirements capture.
  • Through schematic design and layout.
  • The successful candidate will need to obtain security clearance.
