We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician for our client who are an established rail equipment manufacturer. The role will be commutable to Milton Keynes but will cover locations around the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • You will attend customer premises for the repair, overhaul and upgrade of systems.
  • You will carry out troubleshooting and integration of existing systems and implement preventative measures.
  • Involved in pneumatic, mechanical and electrical assembly of Doors for Rolling Stock.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • You will have a good repair and maintenance background and able to fault find and troubleshoot.
  • Able to follow technical specifications.
  • Good IT Literacy.

Benefits:

  • Door to door travel is paid and overtime is paid over 37.5 hrs.
