My client is a well-established and rapidly growing business delivering nationwide IT, electrical and installation services across the hospitality and retail sectors, working with some of the UK’s best-known brands. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join their field operations team.
This role will involve overseeing electrical compliance and installation standards across nationwide projects, ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and NICEIC requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, site engineers and health & safety personnel, carrying out inspections, audits, technical support and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple live projects.
The responsibilities include:
- Maintaining NICEIC compliance
- Checking and authorising certification
- Monitoring standards across field operations
- Ensuring all engineers and subcontractors are working in accordance with BS7671 regulations
This is a field-based role with regular UK travel required, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling nationwide when required. The business operates heavily across retail and hospitality environments including restaurants, hospitality venues and large-scale rollout programmes.
The successful candidate will ideally hold:
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Relevant Level 3 Electrical qualification
- NICEIC QS experience / capability
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience within electrical installations
- Strong understanding of BS7671 and electrical compliance standards
Candidates from other sectors will also be considered, providing they have strong electrical compliance knowledge and are comfortable working within a fast-paced project environment.
Salary & Package:
- Salary - circa £50,000
