We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a design & build contractor in Manchester that's experiencing strong and sustained growth. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously – typically around five at any one time – ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This hands‑on, commercially focused position involves managing subcontract labour, maintaining client relationships, and driving project profitability.

- Lead and manage multiple commercial and industrial mechanical installations
- Oversee planning, delivery, and financial performance across live projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance on‑site
- Take ownership of project budgets, procurement, and client variations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Package
- Total salary: £66,000 – £86,000
- Bonus: £10,000 – £20,000 (linked to gross profit performance)
- Base salary: £50,000 – £60,000
- Car allowance: £6,000 per annum
