Superb opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a stable, well-established and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical/Building Services Contractor. The company is a design-led Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering business focused on engineering solutions to meet ever-changing market needs. Established in the 60s, this well-established market-leading contractor provides fully integrated M&E Project Management services delivered through teams of highly competent engineers and management staff supported by an extensive and comprehensive supply chain.

Mechanical Site Manager Position Overview:

  • Fulfilling all aspects of Mechanical Site Management
  • Regular reporting and liaison with project manager, clients and other stakeholders
  • Proactively developing client relationships to facilitate additional business wins
  • Co-ordination and supervision of tradespeople and sub-contractors
  • Managing resources in line with project budget, controlling costs and ensuring Quality and Health & Safety standards are upheld

Mechanical Site Manager Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Site Management position
  • Experience gained from Trade
  • A familiarity with CDM regulations would be beneficial
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and familiar with CDM Regs would be desirable
  • CSCS card
  • Based within a commutable distance of Cambridge
  • Prepared to both travel and stay away as the role requires
  • Full driving licence

Mechanical Site Manager Position Remuneration:

  • Salary £50,000 - £55,000
  • Car Allowance £4800
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Pension & Life cover
