Mechanical Project Manager – Pre-Construction and site based
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team, working on projects across West London and Surrey.
This is a pre-construction role with a combination of office and site-based work, offering the opportunity to manage projects from tender stage through to mobilisation while liaising closely with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects throughout the pre-construction phase and then site based.
- Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare project programmes, procurement schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are fully planned and ready for successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E/Building Services sector.
- Previous prison project experience is .
- Experience with EL1 projects is highly desirable.
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
