Our client is a traditional privately owned M&E contractor based in Kent.
The business turns over £20M+ undertaking projects in the retail banking, government, commercial office and healthcare sectors.
Their average project size is between £200K and £5M, with the majority of their projects being located in central London.
Having been established over 50 years they benefit from being a contractor for major blue‑chip clients; clients include ISG, Willmott Dixon, Barclays and HSBC.
This provides a continuous and stable workflow.
With a new Managing Director in place and a forecasted £30M turnover for the year, the business is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager.
Role
Mechanical Project Manager – £70,000 – £80,000 + Package (this role will require travel around the UK depending on the project you are assigned to).
Ideally looking for someone who has access to the M25.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of various building services projects around London and up to the Midlands with MEP values ranging from £500K to £5M.
Typically the company operates in the following sectors: Commercial Offices, Retail Banking and Government projects.

- Have 3‑5 years’ experience managing multi‑disciplined Mechanical Services installations
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical Services
- Experience working in the commercial sector
