We are after an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee works on a commercial refurb project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee mechanical works on a commercial project.
  • Prepare and implement RAMS.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Liaise effectively with the main contractor.
  • Manage and monitor programmes of works to meet project deadlines.
  • Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications.
Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Manager’s Card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Proven experience managing mechanical works.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
Package

£300.00-£350.00 per day. Ongoing project work.
