Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor – Potential for Permanent Role
Location: Farringdon, London – Hybrid Working (2 days from home)
Compensation: £400 per day
The Role
You will be based out of the client’s Farringdon office, working on a hybrid basis with two days per week from home. The role involves supporting key projects within the infrastructure and energy sectors, focusing on generators and data centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all commercial aspects of M&E projects from inception through to completion
- Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success
Requirements
- Strong background in M&E Quantity Surveying, or experience working for a main contractor in a similar capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple packages and deliver projects successfully
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
