We are looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments, railway and hotels projects. This is a hands-on role involving both managing 50k reactive works to 2 million projects. You’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
- Working on plantroom equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, HIUs, and booster sets
- Performing life safety testing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising professionally with site teams and hotel staff
- Participating in a call-out rota where required
