Senior Quantity Surveyor required for specialist care home build contractor for a £9m scheme on a traditional build basis which is due for completion circa January 2027. The project is a 3 storey building with flat roof, car park and soft landscaping. The project is at a stage where the external envelope is complete and internals are commencing.

The role will have overall commercial responsibility for the project, including responsibility for CVR's, tracking variations and all final accounts. You will also be involved from precontract and procurement stage for the next project in Sutton Coldfield, which will be a 60-70 week programme estimated to commence in the last quarter of 2026, again a £9m 3 storey specialist care home.

Experience working on care home projects would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Tier 1/2 or regional SME main contractor experience working site based will be essential.

Package is circa £65-75k+car allowance DOE, as well as company benefits.
