Groundworks Foreman / Site Manager – Mansfield
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate: Competitive (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman / Site Manager for an immediate start on an ongoing groundworks and civil engineering project in Mansfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day groundworks operations on site.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, and project management.
- Carrying out site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance.
- Completing site records and reporting progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman or Site Manager.
- Strong background in groundworks, roads & sewers, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete works.
- Valid SMSTS () or SSSTS.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work ().
- Full UK Driving Licence.
