Our client, a well‑established landscape architecture studio, is looking for a Senior Landscape Planner to take real ownership of its planning and LVIA work from its Manchester office. The projects are interesting and the studio seeks someone who genuinely enjoys the planning side of landscape and wants the space to shape how it is done. As the Lead Landscape Planner you will be the person people turn to when planning matters. You will set the tone, lead the assessments, and help the wider team think more clearly about how landscape and planning work together.
Responsibilities
- Leading LVIA work from early thinking through to submission
- Helping shape planning strategy alongside designers rather than commenting at the end
- Talking directly with clients and planning officers
- Improving how reports are written, reviewed and presented
- Supporting others who want to improve in planning and assessment
About You
- You already know LVIA and planning inside out
- You are comfortable having an opinion and explaining it
