Overview
I’m looking to speak with experienced estimators with a successful track record of tendering for Civil Engineering infrastructure projects.
My client is a specialist contractor in groundworks and reinforced concrete structures with projects across the UK, active on projects ranging from £5m to £100m.
They are winning larger and more technically challenging projects due to their established and successful estimating team.
These are a mixture of residential, commercial and Civil Engineering/infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
Build up tenders from first principle.
Apply experience across rail, highways, power and data centre projects to tendering for infrastructure works.
Contribute to the preparation of competitive bids for projects valued between £5m and £100m.
Qualifications
Proven track record of tendering for Civil Engineering/infrastructure projects.
Experience with groundworks and reinforced concrete structures is advantageous.
Ability to build up tenders from first principles and manage complex bid requirements.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary around £100k+, with a genuine benefits package.
Option to work on a self-employed basis.
There is room for negotiation to secure the right candidate.
