What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing Fire Alarm and Security systems across commercial sites.
  • Installing and configuring Intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems.
  • Carrying out first and second fix installation works.
  • Installing containment, cabling and associated equipment.
  • Assisting with commissioning and system handover.
  • Working from drawings and project specifications.
  • Diagnosing installation issues and resolving problems on site.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety.
  • Liaising with customers, site managers and other contractors.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience installing Fire & Security systems.
  • Strong experience in at least two of the following:
  • Fire Alarms
  • Intruder Alarms
  • CCTV
  • Access Control
  • Installation experience across commercial environments.
  • Good understanding of cabling, containment and system infrastructure.
  • Commissioning experience is advantageous.
  • FIA, ECS, CSCS or equivalent qualifications desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Someone practical, reliable and capable of working independently. If you're an engineer who can turn up on site and get the job installed, this could be worth a conversation.
