My client is a leading electrical contractor who is looking for an electrical supervisor to work on an office fit‑out project in Manchester. The role is expected to start within the next 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily on‑site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Liaise effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and execution of project tasks.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and site regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, incidents, inspections, and any deviations from plans.
  • Prepare and submit progress and incident reports to project managers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of permits, inspections, and audits, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Details

  • Hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon–Thu), 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Fri)
  • Pay: £280 to £300 per day, paid via CIS every week
  • Duration: Ongoing (6–8 months)
