About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Coffee and Vending Engineer to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coffee and Vending Engineer to work on a wide range of commercial coffee machines and vending equipment across a busy and varied customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair coffee machines and vending equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults on-site
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Install and commission new machines
- Provide excellent customer service at all client locations
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
Equipment & Experience
- Bean-to-cup coffee machines and traditional espresso equipment
- Vending machines and hot beverage systems
- Experience with leading brands such as Coffetek, Westomatic, Gaggia, and Cimbali is highly desirable
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Coffee and Vending Engineer or similar field service role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Electrical and/or mechanical engineering background
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
