I'm working with a leading food manufacturer near York who are looking to bring an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead the team. This is a well-invested, technically demanding site with a strong continuous improvement culture, and they need someone who can lead from the front managing the team, driving standards and keeping the operation running at its best. The shift pattern is continental, four on, four off (days). You'll be hands-on with an electrical or mechanical discipline, working within a PPM schedule alongside reactive breakdown activity.

- Leading and developing the on-site maintenance team
- Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
- Permit to work control and safe systems of work including LOTO
- Driving continuous improvement activity using lean tools and techniques
