We've got a brilliant role for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client on a brand new site based in the City of London! This is a great opportunity if you're looking to expand your experience within commercial maintenance, strengthen your leadership skills, and work for a well renowned building services company.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee a small team of M&E engineers, allocate works, provide technical support, liaise with the client, whilst remaining hands on, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety procedures
  • Ensuring all corrective and repair works are completed to required regulations and standards
  • Promoting safe working practices and compliance across site
  • Organising and managing subcontractors
  • Completing RAMS, permits to work, and logbooks
  • Raising and closing jobs via PDA systems
  • Producing reports and attending client meetings
  • Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress
  • Liaising with client representatives regarding remedial and repair works

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
  • Electrically biased with strong building services maintenance experience
  • Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team
  • Knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems
  • Motivated, career-driven, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Salary and Package:

  • £55,000 - £58,000 per annum
