About the Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Planner, you will provide building maintenance and office administration support dedicated to a life sciences client account in Stevenage. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do
- Organize work orders and assign them to individual technicians or work teams.
- Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
- Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team.
- Review predictive maintenance data for trends and provide regular reporting to the management team and client.
- Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
