We are looking for an experienced Aftercare Maintenance Operative (Mobile) to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, aftercare repairs and refurbishment works across a modular building fleet.

This is a customer-facing role requiring travel to client sites, in London delivering high-quality work safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and aftercare repairs on modular buildings.
  • Complete refurbishment works, installations, site surveys and occasional uplifts.
  • Prepare and complete site paperwork, RAMS, maintenance records and site diaries.
  • Represent the company professionally on client sites and supervise operatives when required.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and outside core hours when operationally required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in building maintenance (modular industry experience desirable).
  • Trade background in Joinery, Roofing or Plumbing (Electrical experience advantageous).
  • CSCS Card, full UK driving licence and DBS clearance.
  • IPAF & PASMA certified.
  • Experience working at height using MEWPs, scaffold towers and other access equipment.
  • Strong communication, IT and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
