The site is a large, highly automated facility with significant investment in both equipment and engineering capability, driving a strong focus on reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance across high-speed production and packaging equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
  • Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Support root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient machine performance
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
