TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UK's largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a furniture contract.

Key Details

  • Schedule: 5 in 7 (rotating 5 on 2 off)
  • Working hours: 7am to 4pm (door to door pay)
  • On call: 1 in 4 weeks (emergency only)
  • Salary: £37,730 per year
  • Location: North, East or South London
  • Additional: Overtime available after 40 hours (1.5×)

You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites. The work will be PPM and building services focused. Tasks may include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You may also support general plumbing and fabric work without the facility, including minor repairs.
