Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems within commercial buildings
- Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work on electrical systems
- Complete minor installations, repairs, and improvements
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Accurately record all work using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
- Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desired)
- Experience working with BMS systems
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work day and night shifts
