We’re seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex, high‑impact technical projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive engineering excellence across the full project lifecycle—ensuring delivery meets cost, schedule, and quality expectations.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of engineering delivery across one or more projects, coordinating teams and ensuring a structured, robust systems engineering approach is applied throughout. Acting as a key interface between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, you’ll play a critical role in shaping successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering delivery across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and allocate work packages effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to a structured systems engineering lifecycle.
