Talentmark are recruiting for a Procurement Specialist on behalf of an industry leading manufacturer of Scientific instruments, to be based on one of their client sites in Macclesfield, on a permanent basis.

Role

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers.
  • Own the end-to-end sourcing and negotiation process for complex service contracts.
  • Develop and execute supplier contracting strategies.
  • Drive strategic supplier relationship management.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform sourcing decisions, benchmark competitiveness.

Your background

  • CIPS Qualified
  • 3+ years of progressive procurement experience
  • Deep understanding of supplier engagement best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
