We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Lymington, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis. This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
- Working for a large maintenance contractor.
- Clearing work of void properties.
- External repairs.
- Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Competent to drive a flat bed van.
- You must have full PPE.
- 40 hours a week.
