  • Site Manager – Social Housing External Refurbishment Project
  • Contract – 3 months (12 Weeks)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final three months of a high-quality external refurbishment project on a Live residential block in Luton.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for driving the project through to successful completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, programme delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Project Scope

The remaining works include

  • Window replacement
  • Roof upgrade works
  • Brick rendering
  • External decorations
  • Scaffolding management, alterations and dismantling
  • Completion of associated snagging and final handover activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day site operations through to project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and client expectations.
  • Liaise with , the client, contract management team and consultants to minimise disruption and maintain effective communication.
  • Manage site logistics, deliveries and access requirements.
  • Carry out site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting.
  • Resolve site issues proactively to maintain programme and budget.
  • Oversee scaffold inspections, modifications and dismantling in accordance with regulations.
