Location: Luton (Prestige Main Dealership)
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm) with 1 day off in the week
- Every other weekend – Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and profitability across the department
- Support and coach Sales Executives through the full sales process
- Structure deals and improve conversion rates and F&I performance
- Monitor performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Implement sales strategies and best practices
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Strong background in automotive sales or sales management
- Experience in roles such as Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller or similar
- Proven track record of driving performance and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical ability
- Highly motivated, organised and results-driven
