We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality maintenance and electrical services across our housing stock. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and customer-focused repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, testing, maintenance, and installations
  • Deliver responsive and planned maintenance work to a high standard
  • Work across trades where required in a multi-skilled environment
  • Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
  • City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
  • PAT Testing (C&G 2377)
  • Full UK driving licence
