A leading corporate real estate business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform contractor strategy across a large-scale residential portfolio spanning London and the Home Counties. This is a high-impact role overseeing c.£10m annual spend across c. 4000 properties, with responsibility for driving supplier performance, cost efficiency and service quality across the lettings management function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing supply chain strategy across residential management operations
- Leading contractor performance management (KPIs, SLAs, reviews and improvement plans)
- Driving commercial value through benchmarking, rate cards and procurement frameworks
- Ensuring robust governance, compliance and risk management across all suppliers
- Acting as a key stakeholder advisor on contractor strategy and operational delivery
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in contracts or supply chain management (property sector)
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-led, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience managing supplier performance and stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised, proactive and confident operating in a fast-paced environment
- CIPS Level 4+ or relevant qualifications desirable
