Optio Resourcing is working with a portfolio of leading retail contractors on an ongoing basis and we're building our network of experienced Site Managers ahead of upcoming project awards. If you're a Site Manager with a background in retail fit‑out or refurbishment, whether that's supermarkets, convenience stores, fashion, or F&B, we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing retail fit‑out or refurbishment projects on site
  • Strong track record delivering live trading environments on programme
  • Experience on rollout or multi‑site programmes is a plus
  • Black CSCS Card (Managers)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Confident managing subcontractors, coordinating with store teams, and reporting to project management
