I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company based at London Bridge, London. You will be working across a brand‑new, high‑end corporate commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a prestigious property management company. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high‑profile environment.

Positions Available:

  • Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
  • Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained
  • Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
  • 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills
  • Proven commercial building maintenance experience

Package:

Duties:

  • Air conditioning and chillers, pumps, motors, and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)

  • Collaborating as part of a close-knit maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service to the client
