The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high‑profile environment.

- Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer
Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained
- Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong client‑facing communication skills
- Proven commercial building maintenance experience
Package:

Duties:
- Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks

- Air conditioning and chillers, pumps, motors, and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
