Overview Service Now Architect β London (Hybrid) β 3 Month Contract β Β£(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35).
Start ASAP in July 2026.
Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote and 2 days/week in London office.
Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a Service Now solution project.
Responsibilities Lead Service Now architecture design and implementation across modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops and custom applications.
Provide strong Service Now ITSM expertise and experience with additional modules (e. g., TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops).
Demonstrate proven expertise in Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
Apply Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide, Flow Designer) and manage the Service Now data model.
Design and implement CMDB and Discovery.
Act as technical authority on Service Now architecture, design and best practices.
Define and drive overall platform strategy, roadmap and governance.
Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops, architecture reviews and governance boards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
