Responsibilities
- Lead projects from programme development to budget management.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Organise, plan and execute multi‑million‑pound groundwork and RC frame works.
- Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience from site engineer to project manager.
- Strong background in concrete frame construction with experience at competitor subcontractors.
- Experience only with concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors – not solely main contract or development background.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, standard email functions.
- Experience using Asta Power Project for planning and scheduling.
