The Senior Project Manager will manage key stakeholder relationships, oversee project delivery and support the successful delivery of healthcare schemes within live operational environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing NHS and healthcare construction projects from inception to completion
  • Leading client meetings and stakeholder engagement processes
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist teams
  • Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
  • Overseeing procurement, risk and change control procedures
  • Supporting contract administration duties
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within live healthcare environments effectively
  • Monitoring project performance against programme and budget objectives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with NHS clients and stakeholders

The consultancy is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager with:

  • Consultancy-side project management experience
  • Strong healthcare or NHS project experience
  • Previous experience working within live operational healthcare environments
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects
  • Strong commercial and project delivery knowledge
  • Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
  • Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
