Work to revolutionise flight operations with modern tech. London hybrid / mostly remote; to £100,000 DoE plus benefits. This growing team of experts in flight and aviation are building a new platform and seeking senior engineers to join them. With challenging problems to solve, the role comes with a lot of ownership over your work, and you’d put the user first and work quickly and deftly to design for scalability and reliability.

As well as a good degree in a technical subject from a Russell Group or equivalent university, you’ll bring:

  • A self-starting mindset, keen to work autonomously with a high degree of project ownership.
  • Significant experience with Rust (robust C++ and similar also considered) applying good instincts towards application architecture and design.
  • Preferably also desktop and mobile app development skills using modern tools (e.g. Dart, Flutter but others considered).
  • Ideally, some experience with high performance RPC and safe, portable data storage / serialization / transport as well as traditional DBMS.
  • Ideally, further experience with cloud deployment and monitoring tools.
  • A strong interest in working in a faced-paced, startup environment.

The highly competitive compensation includes additional potential for share options. Suitable candidates will be UK and able to live and work in the UK long term without visa sponsorship. Within the UK, work can be substantially remote. Any interest in aviation or flight is a plus.
